AIIMS is better anyday given its world class infrastructure, remowned faculty and its extensive research department. AIIMS is an autonomous Medocal Institution which has approximately 1500 seats across all its 15 branches. But any Government Medical College is affliated to its State University of Health Sciences. Given its Autonomous status, AIIMS invests a lot of money in its research department snd that shows whenever there is a new virus. Whenerver there is new epidemic, AIIMS has always been first in the line to send its team to treat the needy. So joining AIIMS gives you a first hand experience at new epidemics or new research methodologies.
