Hello charu ,
As you asked for a job as a receptionist at airport so, in order to become a receptionist there you need to complete course i.e. Diploma in Airport ground staff .
Diploma in Airport ground staff is a certification course you will required while applying for the job with duration of 6- 12 months .
If you have completed your 12th from some authorized board(cbse, icse and others) then you can go for this certification .
