Almost all the seats are filled by GATE in SV UNIVERSITY.. is correct r not... Less chances to APPGECET

This is not true. There is always a fixed number of seats reserved for MTech in SV university through GATE. and the rest of seat is filled through APPGECET. So there is a definite siginificant ratio of seats through both the exam.
