already i cleard pratical exam but i failed in theory should i want to prepare for pratical exam and another thig is my practical hall ticket not generated on NIOS

If you have already passed your NIOS practical exam, you do not have to do it again; you have to do the theory exam again, which you failed. That is why there is no practical hall ticket, it is already passed. You just need to prepare and do the theory paper.
