Although I got a seat in state wise counselling round 1,can I fill registration form for second round?

If you are allotted the seat in the first round then you can choose the option Exit with Forfeiture’ option to be eligible the further round. This means your refundable registration fee will only be forfeited but you will be eligible to participate in mop up round as well as for state round.
