am backward class, what option should i select and what document need to provide

Hello
For any form or application fill up , you have to mention in the application form . For that you need to take your category certificate,for you it's should OBC certificate since you are from backward class. This certificate should be obtain from DC office of your respective consituency by paying more or less 300. And you need to renew it for every 6 month . OBC certificate should be attached along with the form
