Hello aspirant,
You cannot get the government quota seats of dayanand medical college with a score of 243. Chances of getting private seats is also difficult with such a low score. You can try for management quota seats. You can also try for normal private seats as you belong to OBC category. You may get a seat in the college. If we consider previous year cutoff you do have chance but this year the cutoff may increase. You have chances in many private colleges for BDS through government quota.
