Yes you can be eligible. But you have have a strong hold on CHemistry as it is a very important subject when it comes to medicine. There are many YT videos teaching CHemistry for NEET. YOu can visit Vedantu NEET or Unacademy NEET.

I hope that you are doing well. I would like to know you that for NEET you need to qualify 12th meeting minimum marks. Your betterment process will not hinder your eligibility.

If you have scored 50% marks then don't go for betterment.
