Am I eligible for next round of counselling if I have not accepted alloted seat in previous round .

As you have not specified about which University/ college admission counselling you are talking about. I am mentioning the situations you may be in if you don't accept a allocated seat. If you are in:

1. NEET-UG counselling - and in round 1 if you do not accept or join the allocated seat you are still eligible for round 2. In round 2, if you do not accept or join your security deposit will be forfeited but you can still restore for round 3 with fresh payment. In round 3, if you do not accept or join your out of further rounds.

2. JoSAA ( IIT, NIITS,IITs- JEE) - if you are allocated a seat and do not pay the seat acceptance fee and upload documents within the deadline your seat will be cancelled and you will be out of further rounds.

3. CSAB - Special ( for NIT + system after JoSAA) - if you withdraw or do not accept the allocated seat in any CSAB special round you seat will be cancelled and you will not be considered in further csab rounds.

4. Central Universities counselling - Central Universities also follow the same rule that if you do not accept the allocated seat and pay its admission fees you will not be considered for further rounds.
