    Hello,

    Yes you are definitely eligible for giving UPSC exam. Since you have done bachelor in elementary education which is a 2 year graduation course. Since UPSC only needs a graduation from a candidate whichever course he has opted for. Therefore you are eligible for UPSC with this graduation course.
