    I would like to inform you that every colleges have their own specific rules and condition regarding fee and facilites.Fee refunding will be done if you have gone through some crisis and drop the college then you can just write an application to the administration of your college requesting for fee refund mentioning your issues and then lets hope for the best they might do the needful.
