amoeba location where, shape, reproduction

Amoeba

Location - it lives mostly in hot springs and warm water and people usually get affected and infected there due to them. They are also found in warm pools which are non chlorinated especially and also in the water heaters.

Shape - it has no fixed shape. If it wants to go somewhere, it'll form a extended temporary foot or pseudopodia kind of body and move comfortably.

Reproduction - Amoeba reproduces by the common asexual reproduction method called binary fission. After replicating its genetic material through mitotic division, the cell divides into two equal sized daughter cells. ... In this process, the nucleus of the Amoeba first divides to form two daughter nuclei by the process of Karyokinesis.
