As always among chemistry and maths chemistry is easy if you know the basics of organic chemistry along with inorganic chemistry formulas then Chemistry would be like a Cakewalk for you in a JEE mains exam
Because in this paper chemistry questions are not too much stuff and you can finish this section in around 40 to 45 minutes very easily

Chemistry, as the questions which can be framed in chemistry have not much variety so the questions are however same every year and most of them come from ncert only. Hope it ,works.

It totally depends on your strengths and weaknesses in a subject.however,as a general trend i may feel that chemistry will help you score higher and maths will decide rank.
