if you are going for branch change purpose then you should take bhubaneshwar as branch change will be easy there compared to the top 5 iit.
coming to the branch,textile has lost its scope over the years,biotech and biochem are new branches which has a wide scope all over the world so you should go with these at iit kharagpur which is also good in terms of exposure.
