The eligibility criteria for BEd in Aligarh Muslim University is passed bachelor's degree or master's degree from a recognized University in the relevant discipline of science, social science, humanities securing 50% marks, or passed bachelor degree in engineering and technology with specialization in science and mathematics securing 555% marks from a recognized University, as of now the application form isn't released, you may stay updated at the official website at https://www.amu.ac.in/
