JNAFAU (Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University) in Hyderabad offers BFA in Animation and Visual Effects. This is one of the best recognized government institutes for creative media. Also, some government polytechnics offer diploma courses in animation or graphics under media/communication departments.
