No , Anther is not four lobed structure.

Explanation:-

Anther is a bilobed structure
Each Lobe of the anther has two microsporangium or pollen sac
Microsporangium produces spores which later give rise to pollen grains
Anther is connected to the filament and they together comprise stamen.
