Any big companies ignore 10th marks during on campus placement??

In campus placements, 10 th marks and 12 th marks won't play any role. Once you clear the eligibility of particular Company. They won't worry about your marks. What matters is how capable you are ? How much skilled you are?
One has to clear Written test followed by a personal interview to get selected in a campus placement. Don't worry about your previous academic marks.
