Well though it mainly depends on you but below i am mentioning some probable choices you can look into :
- After BSc. (Botany), you can persue MSc. (Botany) in a good University by either through entrance examination or by joining a private institutionFurther, you can later appear for NET/JRF/SET and pursue MPhil. Or PhD. and go for Lecturership and Research.
- Moreover, you can also prepared for competitive exams like UPSC, SSC, SBI PO and all other state PCS, specifically for civil services if you want to combine your knowledge of botany and do civil services indian forest services is also a good option.
- Also in public sector you can join botanical survey of india, national institute of oceanography, indian council of forestry research and education(ICFRE) as project assistant, technical assistant, field assistant or scientific assitant
- Also in private sector you can lookout for opportunities like : Environmental Consultancies etc. as Environmental Consultant, Nursery Manger or Greenhouse Manager, park ranger curator, herbarium keeper, botanist, plant biochemist
Hope it helps.

That entirely depends on you, if you want to further continue your studies or want to be working.
You can join organisation such as Botanical Survey of India (BSI),Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI),Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) as Project Assistant, Technical Assistant, Field Assistant or Scientific Assistant. You can also work in private firms like Nursery Farms, Environmental Consultancies etc. as Environmental Consultant, Nursery Manager or Greenhouse Manager.
You can also go for goverments jobs at state and central level, banking sector ones.
And if you want to continue your education, go for MSc and you can later appear for NET/JRF/SET and pursue MPhil. or PhD. and go for Lecturership and Research.
All the best!!
