As there any chance to write entrance exam to top institute without qualifying NEET exam ?

Don't fall for false advertising. A doctor degree in MBBS, BDS or AYUSH Courses require qualification in NEET UG entrance exam. Although you can't get a direct degree without NEET, you can go for any bachelor degree and go for PHD after that which will give you a Dr. prefix to your name.

Neet is the only entrance examination for all Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses in India and Abroad. So you can't be a Doctor without Neet. There is no other options other than Neet to get admission in Medical Colleges. NEET is the only entrance exam and has been mandated for all medical colleges of India. So in order to be a Doctor or for getting admission in Medical Colleges, you need to qualify Neet with a valid score first.
