With this percentile score your approximately rank will be more than 70000-80000.
And within this rank it will be difficult to get admission in good ( NIT / IIIT) with core branch( Depending upon your category)
You can get admission in state government or in good private college.
But I would suggest you to; try improve your score in April exam if you are giving it and score atleast 97+ percentile or even more.
