Anyone can tell me next year i am going to germany for my b.e but some people said that german people take rude nature to indian people?

Its all missconceptio. Such things are always to be faced by a person going abroad. But these things should not be a barrier to your studie and goals. It only depends on you how you deal with it. Rest is upto you as many students from India are studying in abroad even in Germany. All the best for your career ahead
