Actually ,my general rank was 94 and 151 general candidates were called for counselling.In bhu ballb counselling. I am just asking is there anyone in rank 1 to 93 who has been waitlisted

Have you submitted your tc and migration certificate also on counseling day

No, they have said that you have to submit it later on.
