Telangana and Andhra Pradesh issue income certificates in the name of the parent who is earning the income. The income certificate will also list the names of the dependents. Therefore, your name and the names of your parents will both be listed on your income certificate. To get the income certificate, you must complete the application form found in Mee Seva and submit it along with the necessary supporting documentation.
