application form for FYBA 2018 19

After receiving login ID and password from the college, the student is expected to fill up the form and pay the fees within three days or before the declaration of the next merit list, whichever is earlier. Otherwise the admission claim will stand cancelled.

1. Click on “Online Admission” button
2. Click on ‘Student Login’ button
3. Type your User ID & Password given by the College.
4. Click on ‘MY ADMISSION FORM’
5. Fill up information all the information and upload Photo and Signature as per instruction and then submit the form.
6. Pay the fees through online payment gateway.
7. Print admission form, online payment receipt and eligibility form.
8. Submit following documents to the college office in person or by post / courier immediately.
   • a) Admission Form ( Back to Back Print )
   • b) Copy of online payment receipt
   • c) Eligibility Form

Admission process is completed after paying the fees and submitting the form in College. The college should receive all the above mentioned documents within given schedule.  All admissions are provisional till the eligibility is confirmed by the Savitribai Phule Pune University.
