Digitally signed community e- certificate is a computerized certificate which can be applied online in e-sevai(Government of tamil nadu) web portal. You have to apply for community certificate in that portal by filling in the application form. Previously published community certificate by the government is not accepted when it is submitted by scanning it. It is the new rule that a e-community certificate must be submitted which only is accepted.
