Hi Chintha,
As per the official sites pf APRJC, there is no date or notification was released regarding to the 2nd counselling procedures.
As the 1st counselling starts from 29th May 2019, so most probably the dates for 2nd counselling will be out in 2nd week of June.
So, please check out the official sites on regular basis to get updated.
