The cutoff for JEE Mains for PwD category is around 0.11. Considering this cutoff percentile, almost all of the PwD candidates qualify for JEE Mains. According to previous year figures, almost around 15000 to 20000 students appear for JEE Mains. Considering all of them qualify, the number of students appearing for JEE Advanced can vary as some of the students easily get admission based on the privilege due to their category.
When marks were being counted the cutoff was -35 for PWD candidates. So, just giving the JEE main exam qualifies you to give the advance exam.
