To score 200+ in JEE Mains is a not a easy task. You have to practice a lot. I would suggest you to clear all your basics from the NCERT books so that your fundamentals are cleared. After that, you need to get genuine study materials for JEE mains and then practice from them.
To score 200+, try to aim for 250+. Practice a lot of previous year question papers and try to understand the questions which you get wrong and practice them again. Also go for frequent mock tests so as to keep your concepts reviesd.
Practicing 100 different types of questions is not enough for JEE mains. You need to keep on practicing different questions. The types of questions in JEE mains changes every year.
