Dear Jayshree, as per the qualifying marks -
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
So with 45% you have crossed the par score and you are definitely eligible to take admission in govt medical college. Just you need to score a good score in NEET.
