now coming to AIIMS m.sc in biotechnology course, eligibility criteria is candidates must hold a degree on B.Sc. (Minimum 3 years duration in any subjects) B.V. Sc./B. Pharma with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) OR MBBS/BDS with atleast 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).
In official website there is no particular syllabus, based on students review the questions is generally enlisted from b.sc course syllabus.
