Hello Aspirant,
According to your profile you belongs to Rajasthan so you might be asking for coaching institutions reopening in Rajasthan, if not the please mention the correct one in comment section below.
So for Rajasthan, on August 12th, the state government has permitted schools (from 9-12th only), colleges, coaching and other educational institutions to re-open from September 1st 2021 with only 50% of it's total capacity. They have released all the SOPs related to re-opening of schools.
