Hey!
It is very difficult to say that colleges will reopen in january 2021 , but as per the meetings and news it can be said that colleges can reopen before . but not sure as corona cases are increasing day by day.

There is nothing that can be said now. There isn't any notification regarding opening of education institutions. Seeing the covid 19 situations in the country it is unlikely that colleges and schools will reopen in coming months. However yes in January 2021 there can be reopening of colleges with some measures for covid. As per now there are less chances that educational institutions will open in phased unlock in coming months. Many colleges and schools have already started their further studies through online platforms.
