Are counselling forms are out for ncet before results?

Dear Candidate ,
No, NCET counselling forms are not available before the results . You should expect registration to open in late June , once NTA declares the results ( likely in MAY - JUNE ). It is advisable to be ready to submit your forms , pay any fees and upload documents once your merit list appears .
