Abhishek, Corona is a Pandemic that effects our lifestyle and everything else. But that doesn't mean the eligibility criteria for an entrance exam will be changed. If you have to study Engineering, you have to have atleast 12th pass as the minimum eligibility criteria. That cannot change for Corona or some other condition. The reason why studying Engineering required 12th as a minimum criteria is that because you learn Mathematics and Physics for 2 years and that helps as a foundation for your studies for the next 4 years. So to answer your question, no engineering Institution will accept 10th students for B.Tech course.
