Are marks of computer and English subject r counted for government college admissions? Pls suggest

Hello!

In Merit-based courses, The admission in government colleges is done through a cut off system.

The students whose percentage of best four subjects matches or is higher than the cutoff, gets the admission.

English is always counted/ taken while calculating the best four percentage whatever course it is.

But, Computers would be compulsorily counted only if you opt for BCA or some computer related course. If you opt for any other course, then english would be counted for sure and rest three could be any subject you have appeared for.
