Yes , nios students are eligible for neet 2020 as NIOS is a recognised Board. The condition to be eligible for Neet is that Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board and Nios is a recognised board so NIOS students will not face any problem and thus NIOS board students are eligible. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020. The minimum marks to be obtained in class 12th to be eligible for neet are separate for each category and can be listed as under. The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%.
So if you fulfil this percentage criteria above then you are eligible for neet even if you are from NIOS .

NIOS students are eligible to take NEET 2020 as the clause which barred such students was removed by the High Court of Delhi. However, NTA has stated that eligibility depends on the final verdict of the special leave petitions filed by MCI.
