Are private colleges are good to take admission

Yes there are many private colleges in India you can take admission into through management quata or by giving the college/university exam,for ex VIITEEE

XLRI, NMIMS, S. P. Jain, T. A. Pai and Great Lakes are some of the very good private colleges.

There are a few private colleges which are good.. Like NMIMS, SP JAIN etc. You can definetly take admission in those colleges. Rest depens on which college you are looking. Not all private colleges are worth taking admission. Do check with the college alum through linkedin/facebook or other social media to get to know about college before taking admission.
