are seats increased in NITs and iiits(govt.) this year 2020?for St Category

Hello Aspirant,

Mostly the seats for each category at any NIT or IIT is fixed. Also ,no official notification has been released till now from either the Government portals or from any IIT or NIT.

But, the female candidate seats are increased recently at some NITs to increase the intake of female candidates in NIT.

Each NIT and IIT has a specified no. of seats for B Tech degree program.  If some have more than 1000 seats, some would have only about 700 to 800 depending upon its inception accordingly and policies.

But, no increase in seats for any category has been recorded so far in any of the NITs or IITs. For more information and details, you can check the regular updates on their official website.
