Are soft skills just as important as hard skills?

According to the CareerBuilder, around 77% of the Human Resources professionals and hiring managers said that soft skills are just as important as the hard skills, while 16% said the soft skills are even more important than the hard skills. Both, hard skills as well as soft skills, are important.
