NDA is three stage recruitment process for entrance to National Defence Academy, Khadagwasla. First stage is written exam followed by five days SSB interview of candidates who clear the written exam. Candidates who are recommended in SSB are taken for medicals in respected military hospitals which takes about 3-7 days.
As per your query, Yes, stiches of minory injury are passed in medicals unless they cause some or other problem in functioning of any body part of the candidate. So,be relaxed it won't cause much problem in NDA medicals. I'll suggest if you want to be extra sure do seek some military doctor's advice near you.
