Are the csbo of indian army considered under defence.

All posts and grades working under the Indian Army come under the defense sector. A CSBO or a Civilian Switch Board Operator also comes under the Indian Army governance and indirectly under the defense sector. CSBO have their respective grades and ranks of promotion that they advance according to years of service.

Congratulations that you have put a question to the world and am glad to answer that one. You will be happy to know that indeed CSBO, the Civilian Switch Board Operator are appointed under the South Western Command of Indian Army, Ministry of Defence.

However, as far as I know there are no such reservation in NEET. Further I am eager to know why do you need a reservation, if you can appear for the test and qualify it with your own preparation. Do you really need a reservation? Think over it and get back to me, if you still don't find an answer. Counter question me, if you're not still in doubts. But please don't doubt your own might, your own confidence and your hard work.
