Hello,
There is no specific percentage it depends on interest of the student. IAS student should have knowledge of economics, Finance, administration and Strategic planning. Taking into all facts the approximate percentage would be 30%.

Hi Dear, there are so many people they are IAS officer after the IIT graduation.some of these are - Raj Purohit, Nidhi Gupt etc.
