IIT Hyderabad has are various scholarships available for <a href="https://infomaticaacademy.com/jee-main.html">JEE Mains</a> aspirants for merit students which include a complete waiver of the tuition fee. There is also Category wise scholarship unless you don't have any backlogs. A central scholarship is also available. The number of scholarships varies from year to year.

Yes there are scholarships available at government level and at your institute level. You have to qualify the criteria to avail a scholarship.
Government Scholarships are posted in newspaper. you can get from there or have to keep on searching to know the updates. For institute level you have to search in the official website.
