Are there colleges that offer a double-major in pol sci and psych? My best of 4 is 97.2%.

If you want to do a double-major, you can try to apply in Xavier's Mumbai, Autonomous. However double major is not allowed in Delhi University, but if you manage to continue your same Generic Elective for 4 semesters, you will have the option to pursue your masters in either your major or your Generic Elective.
