All India Quota (15%) seats are only in Government Medical colleges, MCC conduct the counselling for these seats on the basis of NEET UG score, The cutoff goes high of All India Quota seats and admission is purly based on merit list. You should meet the cutoff of the particular college, You wish to take the admission for 15% quota seats.
