Yes, Arihant study material is good to prepare for your MHT CET exam.
It is recommended that you should refer your text books as well as syllabus is based on them.
According, to the new changes MHT CET level is raised to JEE Main and 11th class will hold 20% weightage and 12th class will hold 80% weightage. So, prepare accordingly.
