As a government identity proof required for JEE MAIN 2021, I've chosen Adhar Card & the admit card has also been released now. But, today I find that my Adhar Card needs a BIOMETRIC UPDATION, as I was below 15 at the time of its making. Will it cause any difficulty AT CENTRE if I don't update it??

No, currently it shouldn't creat any problem for you to sit for the entrance examination. But, after the exam, you need to get the biometrics updated as soon a possible. There will not be any restrictions for you and you can give the exam without any difficulties.
