as i alloted tias i didnot freez college will i attend sliding round and also if i will not got any college upgraded then last alloted seat

Hey Jagjeet,
If you alloted a seat and you have choosed sliding option then if you alloted in next round or not you don't need to report again. you can download the allotment letter at last.
