The documents required for you to apply in JEE Main are as follows:

• Scanned images of photograph, signature and class 12 marksheet (Class 12 hall ticket in case appearing for the exam)
• Marksheet of class 10 and 12
• Category certificates (SC Category Certificate, FORM EC1)
• Debit card/Internet banking details for payment of application fees
• Photo Identity proof such as Aadhaar, Bank passbook, Ration card copy etc.
• A valid email ID
• A Valid Phone Number

Qualification Details (such as Class 10 ^th Roll Number/ Intermediate or Class 12 ^th Details - Stream, Course etc)

Scanned Copy of Passport Size Photograph

Scanned Copy of Signature

A valid e-mail Id

A valid mobile number

The documents required for JEE Advanced are:

• 10 ^th class certificate or birth certificate.
• 12 ^th or equivalent exam certificates.
• Category certificate as you are of SC Category
• Scribe letter (if applicable).
• PIO card or OCI certificate (if required).
• Gazette notification showing name change ( only if your name is not same as in Class X certificate)
• You also need to upload scanned photographs of yourself and your signature in jpg/jpeg format.
